Smart & Simple Ways To Use Your Autoresponder

It amazes how many people just will not submit themselves to the idea and REALITY that autoreponders are NOT simply an extra tool to use on your wesbite…

…rather they are the single most IMPORTANT startegy you will have to cinrease your websites response rates.

1. Collect leads with your autoresponder. You will get an e-mail digest of everyone’s e-mail addresses who requests information from your autoresponder.

2. Publish a price list of all the products and services that you offer. You could also include order forms, product

5. Instead of answering every customer question that’s e-mailed to you, publish ” Frequently Ask Questions” in autoresponder format. This will save time and money. As you know I do this in my frequent, Must Have “Mail Bag” issues.

6. You could publish your testimonials or endorsements in autoresponder format if you don’t have the room in your ad copy. It’s more effective to include all of them.

7. Provide back issues of your e-zine archives in auto-responder format. This will give your subscribers and web site visitors

Let’s talk about email marketing campaigns today.

First thing you should do to maximize the success of the campaign,
is utilize a little Anticipation Marketing.

John Reese from www.musthavetips.com/Reese made this concept
so wide-spread through out the IM world, and it continues to be a
very valuable concept for those that are SMART enough to apply it.

With out going to deep here, you just need to send out teaser emails
weeks, days, or months depending on the Importance of the launch or
sale or special offer or whatever.

You can give a little bit away about what the email is actually about,
you want people to be targeted to at least a general interest related
to what the sale/campaign is about.

Ok so that is basic anticipation marketing that will BOOST your results.

Next, plan to make it a multiple day event BECAUSE you want to be able to
mail several times, and at least once each day if not more.

Each time you mail, you’ll identify and target a different benefit
and emotion, to try and hit everyone with something. You have got to
hit different TRIGGERS in different people.

Making use of multiple emails to address particular emotions of your
subscribers or to address certain concerns or OBJECTIONS for NOT buying
is absolutely VITAL if you want to make the most money possible.

You should always use an exact time the sasle/promo ends like

Monday Night at 11:59 pacific time.

No excuses. No if, ands or buts.

If you’re LATE you MISS OUT!

You should also tie in a Special discount, or extra bonus to entice
more people to order right away.

If you’ll allow me, in today’s tip I’m going to completely
Shift your paradigm about email marketing broadcast frequency.

How often should you send out to your database?

I’ve already discussed daily emails being CRUCIAL to your
business and Matt Furey’s business, and Jonh Alanis’ business,
and Mike Litman’s & David DeAngelo’s business.

If you felt UNCOMFORTABLE sending Daily emails, wait until
you hear this…

If you’ve been studying any of the message you’ve been
receiving from these email masters, you’ll have already noticed
John Alanis emails his list TWICE every day.

Yes TWO times.

I have NOT spoken to John Alanis, nor have I ever communicated
with him for any reason.

I’m not on the inside, but I truly believe after listening to
Jason Cain’s email secrets audio… that Mr. Alanis is doing that
because it is making hin a LOT more money than when he was doing
only a single daily email.

Am I suggesting everyone should be doing this?

Absolutely NOT.

However I AM suggesting, you needn’t worry about mailing your list
too much because as long as you’re providing real value with content,
you can mail them as often as you want.

Think about it though… Suppose you’re making a TON of moolah right
now sending only one CONTENT-RICH email per day…and it’s working
better than you ever expected.

WHAT IF… even though it seem completely illogical to you, sending
two emails per day actually DOUBLED what you were doing in sales.

So if you were making $150,000/yr now your making $300,000/yr.

Would you do it then, assuming it really did work?

And would you forever forget the silly notion that sending more emails
would piss people off or NOT increase response?

I sure hope so.   I know I would.  But…

WHAT IF… it didn’t even COME CLOSE to Doubling, what if your sales
only went up to $200,000/yr ???

OK, now let me tell you EXACTLY how John is currently sending
his emails out because you can use the information to test in
your own business:

He mails a content rich email in the morning between 10-11 am Eastern
and then he sends a second email each day in the afternoon between
3-4 pm eastern time.

The FIRST message is ALWAYS content with his small add woven in, and
his sig and ps plugs.

The SECOND message is ALWAYS a BLATANT AD, very short, with a link,
still keeps sig and ps like content messages.

He uses QUESTIONS a LOT.

Questions are GREAT.

They give you the ability to UNLOCK people’s UNconscious thoughts
and feelings and link that frustration with your product or course
each and every TIME.

I won’t go to deeply into this stuff, but I’ve been studying a lot
of NLP information, and how to apply it to sales.

How to influence people in person with your words, and even in print.

I know that Questions can help you access a persons subconscious,
unconscious mind and bring those residual dominant emotions to the
surface, often without them really knowing what you did to make it happen.

I digress, just watch and study John and you’ll be on your way to
your own CASH COW where it won’t matter How Much you have to spend on
advertising to get new customers and subscribers BECAUSE… you’ll have
a system in place that builds BONDS so strong people buy FAST… and
your conversions will excuse my hype, SKYROCKET.

…BUT You have to do it right.  I can’t stress this enough.

Content and empathetic listening to your audience’s needs is what will
win you the new Ferrari you dream for or that new house by the lake
you’ve had your eye on for weeks.
