My ‘Rebirth’ Report Findings (Part 2)

As promised, here is my list of some the best
hybrid sales letters I’ve come across.

And before someone gets the wrong idea - I’m
not saying these are the best converting because
I have no idea - they are not my sites.

When I say best, I mean the ones I found to
be the most persuasive and convincing. This
is 100% my personal opinion.

With that said, ALL of these were created by
infomercial companies with HUGE budgets.

Multi-Million dollar budgets.

Believe me when I say - they’re testing this
stuff and they have been doing so for years.

All I can reasonably conclude is the formats
they are currently using are what’s been
proven to work the BEST!

Simple thought process I know, but I’ve come
to learn simplicity is the ULTIMATE power.

Why I LOVE Internet Marketing

As I went about my morning today I started to think about how great I really have it. And so, I thought I’d share with you how my Monday morning looked today and share why I am truly in LOVE with Internet marketing and being an Entrepreneur.

9:00 - Alram Clock Goes Off

9:01 - I Hit Snooze

9:10 - Alarm Goes Off Again

9:11 - I hit snooze again

9:12-10:30 Repeat Cycle Above

10:40 - Tara tells me to get up and take her to work.

11:00 - I drop Tara off at work

11:05 - Driving to Bank to deposit checks

11:14 - Drive to my favorit breakfast spot - it’s closed for Columbus day. Rats. Lucky for me I’m not in a rush because I asnwer to NO ONE.

11:25 - Arrive at Suttons where I will sit outside and eat breakfast. What a BEAUTIFUL day I think to myself.

11:32 - I start up my laptop to check my sales stats for the previous day. (I use a Verizon Wirelss card - Internet access ANYWHERE I go)

11:34 - I discover I made more money in the last 24 hours than many people make in a week.

11:36 - Sales are still coming in from my mini-promotion of Affiliate Project X. Boy do I LOVE having a loyal email list!

11:42 - French Toast arrives for me. Peanut (Alyssa) gets toast and scrambled eggs.

11:50 - I begin day dreaming about how I have it pretty good.

11:55 - I make decision that I will write this message to you when I get home.

11:56 - I mentally imagine the subject line: “Why I LOVE Internet Marketing”

12:12 - Full from a great meal and a fun morning with Alyssa, I decide to head home and write this article.

12:18 - I Arrive home and take picture of peanut with my digital camera.

12:20 - Upload picture and begin writing this article.

And that brings us to the point of all of this.

I LOVE internet marketing because of WHAT it ALLOWS be to do with my time, my family, my friends.

I LOVE internet marketing because it FREES me from the rat race, the grind, the jobs I hated.

I LOVE intenet markeitng because i can spend as much or as little time as I want with peanut.

I LOVE internet marketing because I can sleep in late when I please and I don’t feel guilty.

Maybe I’m not being clear, maybe a picture can say it better than anything.

I LOVE Internet marketing because it lets me SPEND more time with her…

Why do YOU love internet marketing?

Remember - no matter how hard this Internet marketing seems - NEVER give up.

The One Website Conversion Rule You MUST Follow (But Don’t Know About)

Today I want to briefly share with you an amazingly simple, powerful, and profound Marketing Rule you should be CONSCIOUS of at all times - be it affiliate marketing or selling your own products.Everytime you create any sort of sales process, keep this in mind and you will ALWAYS make more moolah.

Okay, here it is:

THE MORE CLICKS, THE LOWER THE CONVERSION

THE FEWER CLICKS, THE HIGHER THE CONVERSION

The question your asking yourself now is, “well, that sounds fine and good, but how do I do that?”

or maybe you’re saying…

“so Joe, what exactly are you suggesting here?”

or maybe…

“Joe, enough already, just break it down for me!”

Well, to tell you the God’s Honest TRUTH, I’ve told you more in this email than I should.

However being the nice guy I am, I will leave you with one idea for you to chew on…

What would happen IF… at the end of your long sales letter (when you prospect is ready to buy)… INSTEAD of having an order link that goes to to another 5 page “order form”…

What IF you send them straight to a real order form?

You don’t always need to recap your offer or upsell them. Sure in your mind (the marketer’s mind) it might be nice, but I think you only think that because you haven’t tried this out yourself.

Based on my own experiece, adding a long upsell page makes me a lot fewer sales than sending them directly to the actual order form where they can enter their payment information.

THINK ABOUT SOMETHING…Imagine you’re the prospect, and you’ve read (skimmed) a 32 page sales masterpiece, and at the end your “in heat” and ready to buy, so you click the “order link”… where you come to find another wordy 3-5 page long “recap” or “upsell” offer…

…At this point what is going through your head?

Well, I can tell you that I personally get upset and 9 times out of 10 I decide NOT to purchase.

In my head I’m saying something like this, “Why are you jerking me around? I read your sales pitch and I wanted to order, just let me. Don’t make me scroll down 5 pages just to get to your second order link. This is ridiculous!”

So I went from a ready to buy prospect (just seconds from making that critical leap of trust) to an upset prospect with no interest in wasting my time with you or your products again.

Folks, don’t make your prospects think.

The job of your email, is to GET THE CLICK, not to sell.

The job of Your sales letter is to GET THE CLICK to your order form.

The Job of your order form is to GET THE CASH!

The job of your customer autoresponder sequence is to get them to CONSUME the product.

Deviate from these simple rules, and there is no doubt in my mind… You’ll be throwing money and new customers away (the sad is part is you won’t ever know it).
